Liv.Fit’s History

Established in 2019, we are successfully running 7 fitness training centres having 100+ members who are now working rigorously toward their fitness goals.

Our members run Ultra Marathons, Full Marathons and Half Marathons. Our team includes certified trainers and coaches to provide training for the same.

We are committed to the achievement of your fitness goals and we encourage you to do the same. While we may workout in a group, we pay attention to every individuals need and recommend actions accordingly

Discipline

Rome was not built in a day and so is the case with our health. Achieving any fitness goal will take time and a strong sense of discipline in doing the right things and avoiding the wrong one’s. Our Coaches will always be disciplined in their approach to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Motivation

Any form of physical exertion requires a strong sense of self-motivation. However, getting over the initial pain and discomfort requires external motivation and we promise to provide it in abundance. Our Coaches and other members will constantly motivate you through a generous dose of encouragement, appreciation, reminders and even the occasional strong words

Enjoyment

With us, workouts will never be a chore. You will never get into a routine. Every day of workout will have something different to offer. We encourage the community spirit by having periodic social get-togethers, treks, games and festival celebrations making the Liv.Fit experience, an enjoyable one
