Marathon Training

There is nothing as exhilarating and fulfilling as crossing the finish line of a marathon event. Running in an event with the crowd cheering for you gives a High like no other.
It is now said that you have not lived a life of you have not run in atleast one marathon event. Running is considered as the cheapest and best form of exercise since it tests your endurance and strength in equal measure.

While a marathon is defined as running a distance of 42.2 kms, running for fitness has no boundaries. Right from running 3km to running ultra- marathons (more than 42.2 kms) requires one to come out of their comfort zone and push their limits. If you have never run in your life and wish to start running, we are here for you .

Our Coaches will assess your current health, your past experience in running and understand your future goals. Accordingly, they will prepare a workout plan for you which will help you to steadily improve your muscle strength, endurance and speed to run long distances without injury.

Running in the company of other experienced runners, who will be more than happy to share their tips, will ensure that you will achieve your goal of wearing a marathon medal around your neck, in the not too distant future.
